Joe Brown Sr. started towing in wilmington and the surrounding communities in the late 1960's.  In the 1970's he expanded to sell used auto parts until the early 1990's.  Throughout those years he built a reputation people could trust on depend on.  Health issues forced the temporary closure in 1992.

 

In 2001 with the passing of Joe Brown Sr., Joe Brown Jr. and Joseph Brown had plans to reopen their family business.  With some land renovations and some used equipment.  Since then they quickly became the leader in towing and recovery in the Wilimington area and surrounding communities.

 

Browns Towing Inc. is still a family owned and operated.  Joe Brown Jr. along with Joseph Brown run the company's daily operations along with Danielle Brown who manages all office operations.
